- Candied strawberry delicately covered with high quality dark chocolate (62% cocoa).
Francisco Moreno certifies that the origin of all his strawberries, carefully selected by hand both at source and in the factory, come from Andalusia and its places with denomination of origin.
They are candied in a slow process to which neither preservatives nor colorants are added, after which they are selected again, choosing the perfect strawberry. The unselected strawberries will go on to form part of other processes for the production of extra jam, pastes or extra strawberry fillings.
In a subsequent process, the selected strawberries are bathed in our chocolate with high cocoa content, obtaining a delicious product, unique in the market, innovative and authentic as can be seen in every natural detail of the fruit itself.
The result is a delicate, exquisite, exclusive product, but above all designed for the most demanding palates.
