Product obtained from whole apricots selected with the best quality. The apricots undergo an exhaustive manufacturing process, where they are washed, pitted, inspected and chopped or crushed before being pasteurized. They are cooked with syrup until they reach a brix degree of 11º / PH 3.7, achieving a texture and flavor characteristic of Francisco Moreno.
