In the last two years our R&D department together with our production laboratories have developed a new concept of processed fruit that is already revolutionizing the gastronomic sector. And in this occasion we say gastronomic and not only confectioner because we have been able to solve many of the questions that for many years, hundreds of customers have been asking us.
The solution to most of the problems of many cooks, pastry chefs, confectioners and ice cream makers is our long awaited cut fruit. A new concept of processed fruit that, due to its flavor and versatility, creates new products for many professionals in the sector.


easy, tasty and versatile
Our sliced fruit is elaborated using an innovative technique in which we introduce 100% fresh seasonal fruit, achieving a unique fresh fruit flavor. It also allows baking and flambéing at high temperatures without melting, losing apparent color or nutritional properties.
The cut fruit is a product with a soft texture that can be similar to quince jelly, but with a greater consistency. We currently produce it with nine different fruits, pineapple, pear, orange, strawberry, apricot, lemon, watermelon, melon and coconut. But our departments have gone on to develop many more.



Added value
It can be used to prepare dishes with meat or fish dishes to give them different fruity flavors. When blended or crushed, it can also be used to make fresh and innovative cocktails that will surprise any guest.
Its texture allows the elaboration of different clean-cut defined figures to be introduced in nougat, cupcakes, pastries, ice cream, chocolates, etc., creating new creativity and added value in many traditional products.
By allowing us a great variety of fruit with which to elaborate our fruit Meraki, the palette of colors is very wide, being able to play in confectionery in an unlimited way.
