Shipping policy

 

The shipping cost is automatically calculated with the weight of the products.

Orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day, the rest will be prepared for shipment the next business day.

The delivery times are as follows:

  • Shipments to the peninsula: 24/48 hours.
  • Shipments to the Balearic Islands and the EU: between 48/72 hours

In order to help you we will need your name of the recipient and your order number. In this way we will inform you if there is a problem or not. For your peace of mind, all shipments to the peninsula are insured.

Our goal is that all products arrive at their destination within 24/48 hours of the request being made. In the event that the product is not available in our warehouse, and we have to request it from the factory, the customer will be notified by phone or by e-mail

In the event that the customer is not at home at the time of shipment, the transport company will call the customer to arrange for a delivery of the product at no additional cost the next day.

  • Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping.
  • No returns are allowed as they are food products.
